I woke up feeling achy and sore from head to toe today. I feel like Hell. Y’see, I’ve been trying to get back into working out again. I’ve been easing myself back into it… started off slow last week and I’ve felt great. Generally, the more I move, the better I feel, especially my stupid back, but not today.

I’m think I either overdid it yesterday or I’m coming down with something. I’m hoping it’s just me overdoing it. I really don’t want to get sick this Fall because it almost always ends with me getting bronchitis, especially at the turn of the seasons in Spring and Fall.

So it’s light stretching, walking and ibuprofen for me today, then back to regular exercise tomorrow me thinks.  You’re supposed to rest between workout days anyway, right? I really don’t want this to be the beginning of sick season.
